  Our College welcomed its new member as the head of the institution, Principal Dr. Lidson Raj. The Principal had took charge as on May 3rd 2024.

  On 8th Mar 2024, our College Union 'Avaz', had organized an online program to celebrate International Women's Day.Students had joined the online session using google meet link.

  Our College had organised a placement drive which mainly focused on TEACHER RECRUITMENT. 15th Feb 2024

  A Kalaripayattu session was organised by the Department of Arts Education on 9th Feb, 2024 under the guidance of Mr. Prijithkumar V.S. This session had helped the students to learn different 'adaav' which is useful to them personally and they can also teach these in their future schools. A glimpse through the session:

  Apart from academics, teachers often encourage students in developing their extra-curricular activities. Swapna ma'am had organized a brainstorming session where she divided the students into 5 groups, and on the screen, she had displayed 4 pictures. She, then asked the students to formulate a story using these pictures. This session took place on 8th Feb, 2024 in the College Auditorium.                                                          CREATIVITY IN-PROGRESS

   As per B.Ed. syllabus, teacher trainees have to make paper bags. The first year students made paper bags on 7th Feb, 2024 under the guidance Mr. Prijithkumar V.S, Department of Art Education during Arts period.                                                 PAPER BAG MAKING COMPLETED

The Global Science Festival Kerala (GSFK) 2024 is Asia's largest thematically curated science exhibition. It is a joint initiative of the Government of Kerala's Science and Technology Department, Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment and Amuseum ArtScience. The Science Festival took place in Bio 360 Life Sciences Park, Thonnakkal, Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala from 15th Jan 2024- 15th Feb 2024. Some of the exhibitions through GSFK:  Both first years and second years had the chance to explore this amazing festival on 2nd Feb, 2024.   Our college had celebrated Republic Day on 25th Jan 2024. The program was organized by the Department of Social Science under Fr. Thadayose Philip. Flag hoisting was done by Principal Dr. Albaris. Various programs including dance, inter departmental video competitions were held.                                          75th REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS    

  Mahakavi Kumaran Ashan was a poet of Malayalam literature, Indian social reformer and a philosopher. 2024 was the year that marked his 100th death anniversary.                                                                              1873-1924 The program was conducted by the students on 19 Jan, 2024.
